Businesses are being invited to join in frank talks with council leaders over the challenges they face and the future of Nuneaton and Bedworth town centres.
A series of online sessions are being held for businesses to give their ideas, explain the challenges facing their sector and ask questions about the future of the borough.
It comes as a number of huge projects are about to get underway, most notably in Nuneaton town centre with the creation of the landmark Hilton hotel and Abbey Street regeneration works.

Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council will host six initial ‘virtual’ meetings and this will lead to formation of a new forum – that will link the Town Hall and the businesses across the two towns so talks can continue.
Letters are being given out to businesses in both town centres to explain how they can get involved and sign-up for the events.
Town Hall leader Cllr Kristofer Wilson explained that, under the new leadership, they wanted a fresh way to build better links with businesses.
“The new administration is keen to support, and be accessible to, the wide range of businesses across the borough, » he said.
« As a starting point, we want to engage with business within the town centres to understand how we can improve the ways we are already working together to improve our towns.
“Eventually, we hope this will cement a brand new towns partnership through which we can make sure we listen to businesses about the barriers they face, as well as working with as many people as possible on the fresh ideas that are open to us. »
